CUSTOMER GUIDE

The present service conditions aim to help our customers understand the service they are hiring. These conditions clarify and describe our guarantee, exclusions, cancellations, and potential issues that we strive to avoid, if possible. With your help, these issues can be avoided to ensure a successful service at your home.

CLEANING‐DAY HOME PREPARATION

Your cleaning price is based on the fact that cleaning technicians concentrate their time and energy on cleaning, NOT on routine day-to-day maintenance. We ask that you spend a few minutes the night before a scheduled service to pick up items from the floor and organize the house. This will allow cleaning technicians easy access to the areas/surfaces to be cleaned: floor, countertops, tabletops, etc., and the removal of dirty dishes. If you wish our cleaning technicians to perform these tasks, please contact us (in advance) so your cleaning price can be adjusted for the additional "cleaning preparation" time.

ESTIMATED ARRIVAL WINDOW

We have an estimated arrival window according to your service booking. If we are delayed, we will call or send a text message to your phone number. If you cannot be home, do not worry, leave us the instructions and we will handle it!

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

To protect our cleaning employees and your privacy, ensure that any confidential or potentially illegal documents or items are stored before the scheduled cleaning.

DUST SETTLEMENT

Our cleaning professionals take pride in dusting your home. Our tools and techniques allow us to remove most of the dust from your home in a reasonable time and effort.

During the cleaning process, some dust is carried through the air and will not settle until we have left. This is more common during the first cleanings and may require several visits until the dust is minimized.

DUSTING OF DECORATION ON SHELVES, COLLECTIBLES, FRAMES, AND OTHER SMALL ITEMS

 

We dust small objects based on the size and number of items on a shelf or flat surface like a fireplace. If there are 10 or fewer small objects on a shelf, we will manually dust the dust and the surface underneath and return the object to the shelf. If there are more than 10 objects per shelf, we may dust the objects where they are and the surface around them.

 

HEIGHT LIMITS FOR DUSTING

We cannot dust objects on shelves or hanging on a wall that are higher than a cleaning professional can reach on a 2-step ladder. We use extension poles to dust high rooms but will not dust objects that may topple or that are hung on the wall because we are not able to hold them with one hand to secure them while we dust.

CLEANING TIME

We emphasize that we charge by the hour of work, i.e., the number of people in the team x the time. Example: if there are two people in the team and they will spend two hours, the cost will be 2x3 = 6 hours. The Master Pro team is trained to clean efficiently and effectively to optimize time with quality service delivery.

CLEANING PRODUCTS

Our cleaning professionals bring the necessary tools and products for a complete cleaning of your home. We do not use any of your cleaning products unless discussed in advance. We also cannot perform cleanings in homes that have remnants of paints, varnishes, sealants, solvents, etc., from recent work in your home.

PETS

We work with pets every day and love it! However, if you have special concerns that do not fit within cleaning tasks, we will not be responsible for any damages or liabilities resulting from your pets' actions. If your pet has an unexpected reaction, we recommend that it be secluded on the day of cleaning. In addition, our cleaning technicians cannot touch or pick up pet feces, including emptying or moving litter boxes. Thank you for your understanding.

CLEANING RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling your cleaning may result in the cost of your service being lower, higher, or equal to your last cleaning, or to your recurring cost.

A weekly, biweekly, or monthly client who skips a cleaning creates a longer interval between visits, therefore, a 50% higher rate than the regular rate will be applied.

FEE FOR RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, REDUCTION OF REQUESTED SERVICES, OR BLOCKING OF RECURRING SERVICE WITH LESS THAN A 72-HOUR BUSINESS NOTICE.

We have no problem with rescheduling, reducing requested services, and canceling services throughout the year according to your schedule. However, if you cancel or reschedule your appointment after 72 business hours in advance, the full cleaning cost will be charged.

 

ALL CANCELLATIONS AND/OR RESCHEDULINGS MUST BE MADE BY EMAIL OR SMS.

 

Please note that some last-minute cancellations can be avoided if the client gives us access to their home through a garage door code, key, or other methods.

If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, simply call the office within 24 hours, and we will return to clean it free of charge. Cleaning professionals must be authorized to return to the house within 1 business day and can usually return the same day. Please note we do not offer cash refunds or cleaning deductions, but 100% return and cleaning.

By entering into a service agreement with our company, the client agrees not to solicit any staff member introduced by us for any home-related service. We spend a lot of time, money, and resources finding, interviewing, checking references and backgrounds, and training our cleaning employees.

TYPES OF PAYMENT

Payment is due in full upon completion of the work or services provided. We accept cash, check, bank transfer, Venmo, or credit card.
